Shipping and Returns
The house of goodies conforms to the following procedures:
Small and medium volume orders will be prepared and shipped the same day provided they have been placed before 5:00 pm and "Expedited Shipping" is chosen as the shipping method. The estimated delivery time will depend on the type of service chosen by the customer:
- Economy Shipping: 48/72 business hours.
- Expedited Shipping: 24/48 business hours.
- Paq Premium Home Delivery (post office): 24/72 working hours.
- Paq Premium delivery at City Paq (post office): 24/72 working hours.
- Paq Premium delivery at selected post office (post office): 24/72 working hours.
- Correos letter post (office pick up): 4/7 working days.
In case the shipping method is "POSTAL LETTER (OFFICE COLLECTION)" the customer must go to the post office assigned to your area to pick up the package, providing your ID and arguing that it is an ordinary letter without tracking code.
ATTENTION: La Casa de las Golosinas is not responsible for the loss, misplacement or delay in the delivery of this type of shipment.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, unless requested by the customer, and always at your expense the price increase of shipping costs depending on the province in which you are, amount that we will confirm once the request for Saturday delivery.
Apart from the delivery times mentioned on the web, we may have established a specific deadline for certain items that are made to order or require previous elaboration, such as: sponge cakes, pastry items, birthday bags, etc.
Please note that for large volume orders (especially of the same item), a longer delivery time may be required as a result of having to request factory processing. In this case, the customer will be duly informed of the approximate delivery time.
These deadlines may increase if any of the products selected in your order is not available. If this happens, we will contact you to give solution to the order, waiting for the replacement of the article, changing it for another of similar characteristics or of the same amount chosen by you or for the refund of the amount of the unavailable article through the same form of payment that you have made.
We remind you that by agreement of the carriers, this is a door to door service (i.e., to the doorway of the building or premises), in no case the delivery person will be obliged to take you up to any floor, and if he does it will be a courtesy.
For international shipments we have several shipping methods available:
For all of Latin America they will be sent by international parcel post and delivery will take approximately 15 to 20 days.
For the United States, the international parcel post is also used but the delivery time can be delayed up to 2 months due to customs reasons in that country.
For shipments to Europe two types of transport are designated. Express transport and delivery in 4 days for France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Italy and Holland. And ordinary transport by post for the rest of the European countries with a delivery time of 7 to 15 days.
National shipments within the peninsula and Balearic Islands are made through the services of ONTIME, TIPSA, CORREOS and Correos for small and medium volume parcels.
Shipments to the Canary Islands will be made by Correos Paquete Azul or Paquete 72 horas, for small and medium shipments. For small shipments (less than 2kg.) we will give the option of CORREOS CARTA POSTAL (OFFICE COLLECTION).
For large volume orders will be shipped by pallets through the transport agency CBL, in an estimated time of 3 to 6 days depending on the destination location.
The customer is responsible for informing himself about the prohibition of some of the products displayed in our store in his country. No refunds or reimbursement of amounts corresponding to the return at destination customs of merchandise shipped due to prohibitions in the country of destination will be accepted.
Policy of Returns for Damages in the merchandise:
If any item of your order arrives deteriorated or damaged, it will be necessary to follow the following procedure to manage your claim correctly:
- Photographic documentation: Attach photographs of the outer and inner packaging of the shipment, as well as images of the damaged or broken product. It is essential that the photos clearly show the shipping label.
- Incidents in pallet shipments: If your order has been shipped on pallets, it is imperative that the incident is communicated directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery. To do so, we ask you to depalletize the order in front of the delivery person and verify the condition of the products, as we cannot be held responsible for damages that have not been notified and noted on the delivery note of the carrier.
- Deadline for claims: We cannot be held responsible for damage or breakage reported after 24 hours from receipt of the order. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you make a video of the unboxing process as a backup, and send it to us along with the claim if necessary.

Important: We are not responsible for any damage caused by weather conditions. Please take this into account in the warmer months when choosing weather-sensitive products.

We inform our customers that the images shown on the website are always indicative and are subject to changes by manufacturers and suppliers.
Product images may vary slightly from the final product, either due to a color tone or small changes in the packaging design, as long as the price and weight shown on the website are respected.
Returns
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 102 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, you may cancel the purchase made through this website within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods or services. may withdraw from purchases made through this website within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods or products, being sufficient for this purpose to complete and send us the attached form within the period referred to above and by any means that allows to record it, either by registered letter or by email to the address administracion@lacasadelasgolosinas.com. In case of withdrawal, you must return to this company such goods or products within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your decision, being the return costs borne by the customer.
Such withdrawal may not take place in the case of goods or products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods or products that are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons or that have been unsealed, or in any other case of those listed in art. 103 of the sealed legal regulations.
